About us

The Kyusa Fast Track Program is a dynamic initiative dedicated to empowering youth by providing them with essential personal development, soft skills, and professional skills through accredited online courses. Launched in July 2024, our program aims to fast-track the career paths of out-of-school youth, in-school students, and university undergraduates by equipping them with the knowledge and qualifications needed to succeed in today’s competitive job market.

Our program is divided into three specialized tracks to cater to the unique needs of each group:

  1. Fast Track for Out-of-School Youth: This track focuses on helping youth with Senior 4 or Senior 6 certificates develop personal and professional skills, enabling them to access decent entry-level jobs through various certificate and diploma courses.
  2. Fast Track for In-School Youth (Holiday Programs): Designed for students during their school holidays, this track equips them with in-demand market soft skills and life skills, preparing them for the job market and helping them lead more productive lives.
  3. Fast Track for University Students: This track aims to enhance the employability of undergraduates by providing them with in-demand soft skills and professional skills, positioning them to compete effectively in the job market.

All our programs are conducted online via the Kyusa Virtual Academy, ensuring accessibility and flexibility for participants. By joining the Kyusa Fast Track Program, youth gain access to a robust support system, including career counseling, mentorship, and opportunities for internships, fellowships, and job placements. Our alumni community continues to receive ongoing support and resources to help them thrive in their chosen career paths.

At Kyusa, we believe in fast-tracking youth to success, transforming their futures, and contributing to the socio-economic development of their communities.
