A change in attitude boosted my business

Overview

Tino Frances Immaculate is a Seamstress operating in Pamba, One of the suburbs in Soroti District. She was only able to attain a formal education till Senior three where she enrolled in a tailoring course for two years. Immaculate is very passionate about her profession and has taken on the role of training other young girls in the same. She hopes to open up a big training school in 5year’s time to equip young people with knowledge and skills in various courses.

In her own words…

Immaculate marvels at the numerous benefits she has attained during her 10 days of training with the Kyusa Program “Having a poor attitude towards my customers almost cost me my business mostly because I was rude, not truthful to them. This attitude gap was bridged by the lessons I learned about being mindful of the customer’s values. I Have since then managed to attract a few other customers to my business. From the training, I was empowered to come up with a vision board which I believe is very important in guiding me towards achieving my bigger dream. I am very thankful for the program and my prayer is that it be extended to other regions as well”
